About the role

Join our team at Isothermal Service as an Air Conditioning Technician. In this full-time role based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and mechanical services for our commercial customers. Utilising your specialised trade skills, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal climate control and reliability for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct scheduled and on-demand maintenance checks on air conditioning and mechanical services equipment
• Diagnose and repair faults
• Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients
• Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken using our online job software
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Trade qualification in air conditioning and mechanical services. The role would suit both experienced applicants or technicians just out of their apprenticeship as we offer full training where required and have a large number of varying works suitable for all levels of experience
• Excellent technical skills and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Current manual driver's licence
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency callouts as required
