What You’ll Be Doing

Installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems

Working with mechanical ventilation systems (and refrigeration where applicable)

Diagnosing and solving issues across a range of systems, including split systems, VRF, and packaged units

Ensuring work complies with all Australian Standards and safety regulations

Collaborating with other trades and professionals on-site

What We’re Looking For

Qualified air conditioning technician (Certificate III in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent)

Solid experience in the HVAC industry

A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

A safety-conscious approach to all tasks

Someone who values flexibility, balance, and being part of a good crew
