About the role

P.A.C.E Air-Conditioning & Equipment is seeking a full-time Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Mandurah, and the Pilbara WA. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on systems

Install new air conditioning and refrigeration units

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken

Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standard

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV

Minimum 2 years' experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service

A valid driver's licence
