The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This on-site role provides critical support across loan administration, investor onboarding, and fund administration functions. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in financial services administration looking to further their career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end loan administration processes, including documentation management, settlement coordination, and ongoing loan monitoring.

Support the investor onboarding process, including compliance checks (AML/KYC), application processing, and maintaining accurate investor records.

Perform day-to-day fund administration tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and assisting with distributions and statements.

Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and investors to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Maintain and update databases, registers, and filing systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Assist in preparing reports for management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Provide general administrative support across the financial services group as required.

About You:

Minimum of 18 months' prior experience in loan administration and/or fund administration, or investor services within financial services or a related industry.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for working with numbers and data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite; experience with CRM or fund management systems is advantageous.

Understanding of AML/KYC compliance processes is desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business.
