About the role

Alta Trattoria is on the lookout for another chef to join our small yet dynamic team. Whether it be a demi/commis chef, CDP or someone looking for a senior position, with a proven team beside you we are open to hiring chefs of varying experience. In this full time role, with a potential immediate start available you will be an integral part of our hatted, award-winning Italian restaurant, focusing on the North-West.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking Piemontese classics to the highest standards

Collaborating with the rest of our team to develop and execute creative, seasonal menus

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to

What we're looking for

A candidate with a passion for, or a passion to learn Italian cuisine

A keen eye for detail, a and willingness to learn

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within an intimate team

Communication and teamwork skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
