The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various tasks while maintaining excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the property management team and director during peak times or staff absences
• Engage in leadership and support tasks, helping guide and mentor team members
• Uphold high standards of customer service and client engagement

Skills:

• -Proven track record in property management, ideally with at least 3 years of experience
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong understanding of property management software and relevant regulations
