As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to uphold and advance our high standards in food safety and product integrity.

The Opportunity
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and improve our QA systems and lead compliance efforts across the business. Working closely with operational and packing teams, you’ll ensure best practices are followed and key certifications are maintained.

What You’ll Do

Oversee QA and food safety programs aligned with Freshcare, HACCP, HARPS, and SEDEX standards

Coordinate and lead internal and external audits

Investigate and respond to non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions

Deliver training and support to operational teams on food safety protocols

Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and product outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field

Strong experience in QA or food safety roles, ideally in the fresh produce sector

Hands-on knowledge of Freshcare, HACCP, HARPS, and SEDEX compliance

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills

A practical, solution-focused mindset with leadership ability
