Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement quality assurance policies and procedures for waterproofing projects

Inspect and test waterproofing materials to ensure compliance with industry standard

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to best practices

Train and guide teams on quality standards, procedures and safety protocols

Investigate quality issues and lead corrective actions to resolve noncompliance

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to integrate quality controls at all stages

Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, tests and corrective actions to support certification processes

Sign off on completed works to formally certify that quality standards and compliance requirements have been met

Continuously improve quality assurance processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Experience Required

Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the waterproofing, construction or related industries at least 2 years

Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to oversee teams, provide training, and enforce quality control measures.

High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in inspections, reporting, and compliance checks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
