POSITION

As one of the company's Quality Assurance Managers, you will be responsible for the below main responsibilites:

• Manage all aspects of quality assurance and compliance, ensuring product and process adherence to local food safety standards (FSANZ, HACCP, etc.).
• Maintain and continuously improve the company's Food Safety Program and related documentation.
• Ensure supplier certifications, COAs, and QA documents are up to date and compliant.
• Oversee internal audits, support external audits, and manage corrective actions.
• Handle product quality claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and regulatory bodies to support best practices across the supply chain.
• Conduct training for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing, import, or distribution
• A solid understanding of HACCP, FSANZ, and relevant food safety legislation.
• Experience managing third-party audits (e.g., HACCP certification, Woolworths Supplier Excellence, Coles CFMSR, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
