We’re recruiting on behalf of one of Australia’s leading residential property groups for a Resident Experience Assistant General Manager to join their flagship community in Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Team: Coach and support the Resident Experience team, driving high performance and a positive workplace culture.
• Run the Show: Oversee daily site operations, from resident services to facility management.
• Be the Go-To: Act as the first point of contact for residents, resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Bring People Together: Plan and deliver engaging community events and experiences.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with the GM to shape and roll out initiatives that boost resident satisfaction.
