Pinnacle People are thrilled to announce a rare opportunity to work with a major regional Riverland F&B venue in South Australia. This organisation looking for an experienced & proactive administration & bookkeeping professional to oversee all administrative functions & assist in maintaining effective daily operations.

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee office management procedures & record keeping processes
Payroll operations, & all invoicing & payments for the Club
Manage the daily reconciliation process for the bar, café & gaming outlets
Administer all bank accounts to guarantee prompt & precise funds transfer
Process BAS statements, ATO payments, Work Cover & payroll tax obligations
Manage monthly financial reporting requirements
Operate & maintain administrative systems
Act as Club Secretary & attend board meetings to document discussions
Lead the administrative team offering guidance, training, & undertaking performance evaluations
Provide support for the operations team & handle ad-hoc tasks as required
We are looking for:
Minimum 5 years administration & bookkeeping experience in the hospitality sector
Proven payroll management experience & familiarity with hospitality industry awards
Skilled with Accommodation Management Systems, MYOB, Hospitality software applications & the Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational & time management abilities
Adaptable & flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to lead & inspire a team

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, & the ability build successful stakeholder relationships
You must have permanent working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).
