Logistics Team Leader

Full-Time | Office-Based | Box Hill Location

$75K – $85K + Super + 7.5% Annual Bonus | Permanent Role

Advance HR is proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Logistics Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a business known for its strong values, commitment to excellence, and innovative approach to supply chain operations.

Based at the company’s head office in Box Hill, this office-based position is central to the coordination of inventory and logistics across the ANZ region. With one direct report, you’ll lead and oversee sample room operations while managing the broader logistics function, including QA, purchasing, freight, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the Sample Room, including performance management of the Sample Room Assistant

Coordinate inbound deliveries, freight, and inventory movements across internal and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure ERP systems are up to date

Manage vendor communications, logistics documentation, and invoice resolution

Create and monitor purchase orders and shipment schedules

Develop and report on KPIs for logistics and inventory performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain efficiency, cost, and compliance

Skills & Experience Required:

2–5 years’ experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel

Experience working with ERP systems

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Physical fitness to assist with sample room logistics
