People2people are thrilled to partner with a renowned and recognised retail brand in their search for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding face to face customer service, whilst driving sales and making a meaningful impact.

• Commission structure and benefits
• Flexible hours between the days of Thursday to Monday with a rotating roster (one week will be up to 10 hours, next week will be 10-15 hours)
• Based in Woden
• $32.06 - $44.89 p/h + Super (depending on day of week and overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, personalised service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer assistance by addressing product inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Actively boost sales performance by achieving or surpassing store targets.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are adequately managed.
• Work independently and confidently within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in face-to-face retail or customer service is a must.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and drive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport with customers.
• A collaborative team player who can also thrive when working solo.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organised.
