Responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer service

Good computer skills

Excellent patient management; building rapport and relationships with clients

Provide sterilisation and infection control solutions

Assisting dentists during procedures, ensuring the appropriate instruments and materials are readily available

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked

Managing front office enquiries of the practice and being the first point of contact between patients and the practice.

Processing HICAPS and accounts, end of day reconciliation.

Strong work ethic and good ability to multi-task

Willingness to grow and learn

Certificate 3 in dental assisting is preferred but not essential

...and most importantly, helping to create and grow a positive team culture!

We have A Full-Time Dental Assistant position available, or a Part-Time with potential for full time in the future, days and hours of work can be further discussed.
