About the role
At Viabrand®, we help brands find their voice—and use it with impact. We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Delivery Executive to help lead client projects from strategic alignment to final execution.
This is a client-facing marketing role that blends relationship management, project delivery, and copywriting. You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring everything we deliver—be it a website, brand refresh, campaign, or collateral—is aligned with strategy, messaging, and goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with both clients and our creative team, crafting copy, coordinating workflow, and providing trusted marketing advice along the way.
To succeed, you’ll need to be calm under pressure, confident in meetings, and able to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
This role is ideal for a qualified marketer with proven project delivery experience, great communication instincts, and the ability to bridge strategic thinking with high-quality execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client-Facing Marketing Project Management
Manage a wide range of marketing and branding projects from end to end
Be the key contact for clients—leading meetings, offering direction, and building strong relationships
Guide projects to completion while balancing timelines, budgets, and quality
Copywriting & Messaging
Write and edit content for print, digital, campaign, and sales collateral
Work with clients to refine messaging, tone of voice, and marketing narrative
Help turn strategy into persuasive content that resonates with the intended audience
Proof and polish copy from other contributors
Strategic & Creative Collaboration
Translate strategic goals into creative briefs and project requirements
Support the development of brand messaging frameworks and campaign ideas
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content producers to bring campaigns to life
Workflow, Quoting & Delivery
Quote, scope, and schedule projects accurately and efficiently
Coordinate internal team and external vendors to meet project needs
Keep communication clear, proactive, and solutions-focused throughout
Assist with answering the studio phone and general office coordination
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in a client-facing marketing or brand role
Exceptional copywriting and messaging development skills
Proven ability to present to and guide clients with confidence and professionalism
Strong project management skills - juggling timelines, teams, and outcomes
A solid understanding of content strategy, campaign delivery, and brand development
Experience with quoting, scoping, and managing delivery across marketing touchpoints
Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, project/task management software Scoro
