About the Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager ready to take ownership and drive innovation to enhance the ENTAG brand. You’ll be leading the strategy and execution across all our digital channels and go-to-market options to support sales growth. Our culture is the main reason people come to ENTAG and then stay! In this role you will:

• Enhance and deliver our marketing strategy

• Build. template and manage our sales go-to-market look & feel from market brand representation through to proposal/presentation.

• Manage social media and marketing calendar, including building strategies around key cultural and business events

• Manage and implement content creation across multiple channels (social media, email, website)

• Plan and execute company, industry and stakeholder events

• Review, manage and update the company website

• Collaborate with Sales Executives on marketing collateral and activities

• Take charge of HubSpot CRM (campaigning automation, lead nurturing and reporting)

• Provide insightful reporting on digital and social media deliverables, including reports on audience growth and engagement

• Conduct brand refreshes, where needed

About You:

You will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience

• Stakeholder management experience

• Experience in content creation including copywriting, , editing and graphic design

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress

• Ability to work independently and be proactive

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
