so…tell me about this amazing opportunity?

In the role of Travel Customer Support Executive, you will provide friendly telephone and email support to travel agents.

The role:

Assist travel agents with basic product enquiries

Hotel and product reservations assistance

Assisting in resolving post-travel questions

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Experience in the hotel industry (e.g. front desk, reception, reservations)

or Travel agent looking to enter the wholesale side of the industry

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

An ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers

You're tech savvy
