The Role

Seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join the team at InTravel Group in our Melbourne location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the travel requirements of our diverse corporate client base, providing exceptional service and expert travel planning support.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their specific travel needs and preferences
• Research, compare and book the most suitable flights, accommodation, ground transport and other travel arrangements
• Provide proactive and responsive support throughout the booking and travel process
• Manage and update client travel profiles and travel policies
• Identify opportunities to improve travel efficiencies and cost savings for clients
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to negotiate favourable rates and secure premium service
• Collaborate with the broader travel team to share knowledge and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
• Demonstrated expertise in the corporate travel industry, including outstanding product knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in using leading travel booking and management systems
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management capabilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in travel, tourism or a related field
