your role
Step into a Finance Manager role where you'll be at the helm of financial operations for a portfolio of shopping centres. As the key financial lead, you'll ensure accurate reporting, analysis, and strategic insights that support asset performance. Leading a team of finance professionals, you'll set the standard through clear leadership and accountability. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering accurate financial and management reports with commercial insights
• Leading annual budgets and business plans, including financial presentations
• Refining and enhancing budget models for accurate forecasting
• Managing income, expenditure, and cash flow to drive performance
• Overseeing outgoings recovery and maintaining up-to-date financial models
• Leading balance sheet reconciliations alongside assistant accountants
• Calculating and validating percentage rent based on audited sales data

your advantage
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, results-driven Finance Manager with:

• Proven experience in shopping centre accounting within a landlord or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of the Retail Leases Act, lease structures, and outgoings
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with a proactive approach
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
