The Opportunity
Our client is a private equity backed, multisite healthcare business located in North Sydney. This role is ideal for an experienced management accountant eager to transition into a strategic Finance Business Partner role. You will be joining a thriving organization at the forefront of healthcare service delivery, where financial expertise directly influences operational success and long-term growth.

The Challenge
In this role, you will leverage your financial acumen to support business strategy and drive performance improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Prepare detailed monthly financial statements, perform comprehensive reconciliations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance across multiple sites, and produce accurate forecasts to support business decisions.
• Strategic Business Partnering – Deliver insightful financial analysis to senior management, highlighting opportunities for efficiency gains and revenue enhancement.
• Performance Monitoring – Generate management reports, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to improve operational outcomes.
• Process Improvement – Collaborate with operational teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices across the organization.

The Expertise
We are looking for professionals who demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified with robust experience in commercial analysis and finance business partnering.
• 6-8 years of post-graduation experience with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with non-financial stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the initiative to drive process improvements and strategic change.
• Experience within a private equity backed or fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment is highly desirable.
