We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential home builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality custom and project homes across Sydney. With a full pipeline of upcoming builds and exciting expansion plans, they are now looking to bring a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator into their dynamic team.

This is a key position within the pre-construction team, where you will be responsible for managing the documentation and processes that take a home from tender to site start. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project preparation and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-construction documentation including contracts, variations, and council approvals
• Liaise with drafting, estimating, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely information
• Track and manage key milestones to ensure projects are progressing toward site start
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
• Ensure compliance with council, developer, and regulatory requirements

About You:

• 3-5 years experience in a Pre Construction or Customer Service role within residential construction (essential)
• Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
