Due to continued growth and investment into their distribution strategy, a rare opportunity has emerged to join their Investment Sales team as a Business Development Manager.

About the Role
This role sits within a high-performing Distribution team and reports into a senior leadership figure who’s passionate about driving growth, innovation, and transformation across the investment landscape.

Your focus will be on driving new sales across multi-asset and alliance partner funds, leveraging strong relationships with financial advisers, investment consultants, and dealer groups. You'll also contribute to broader business campaigns, mentor peers, and represent the business at roadshows and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage relationships with advisers, consultants, and wealth firms
• Drive net asset growth across investment offerings
• Present investment strategies and insight to external stakeholders
• Develop & execute sales strategies informed by data & market insights
• Represent the brand at local & national events

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in investment or wealth management, with a strong distribution lens
• A proven ability to deliver sales outcomes through deep client engagement
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Finance, Economics, Business etc.)
• A high level of polish, professionalism and initiative
• Clear communication skills & confidence presenting to sophisticated audiences
• Familiarity with managed accounts and the financial advice ecosystem
