We're on the lookout for an experienced Guest Services Administration Assistant (casual, part-time or full-time) with a passion for customer service and sales to become a valued member of our dynamic tribe in Hendra, Brisbane.

Your Role: Making Adventure Happen
As the Guest Service Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Providing a personal touch to create a unique experience for customers.
Being the touchpoint to responding to queries about bookings or products, through to financial transactions and administration duties.
Responding to all customer enquiries ensuring all prospective and existing customers are contacted by phone or email.
Assisting our customers with a keen product and booking knowledge, always looking to deliver a personal touch.
Evaluating new opportunities to help our customers experience.
Helping our members with bookings and enquiries.
Collecting and collating data for bookings and other metrics.
Generating accurate quotes for corporate groups, community groups and events.
Assisting our administration team, marketing coordinator and senior management with various sales and administration tasks.
Using CRM software to track lead progress.
Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Ensuring compliance with WHS and all key authorities including safety, fire, and activity regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and customers service skills.
Positive and energetic personality and a passion for people and will help to create a strong team culture and fun work environment.
Confidence using Microsoft office and may even have experience with other booking and POS software.
Creativity and you know how to get things done.
A passion for sports, recreation, and entertainment.
Confidence and organisation is important to you.
A love for creating meaningful moments for people. Whatever a customer needs, whatever a customer is looking for, you help them find it while using your initiative and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends.
Phenomenal attention to detail and know exactly what needs to be done and who needs it.
Qualifications and equivalent experience administration, or similar.
An uncanny ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A Working with Childrenโs Check or are willing to apply.
