New end user role - Systems Analyst (MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations)

Main tasks:

• Provide support for D365 F&O across Supply chain, Finance and operations modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
• Monitor system health, batch jobs, integrations, and data flows.
• Document support issues, root causes, and resolution steps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for small enhancements or configuration changes.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor of Information Technology or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O - SCM or Finance
• End-to-end implementation experience is a plus
• Great customer service, support and Training skills
