The Role
The iChris System Analyst will contribute to developing, optimising, and expanding iChris capabilities in the existing team, along with ensuring effective configuration of ACECQA's iChris HR and payroll systems. This role is responsible for developing and optimising iChris configuration solutions, providing subject matter expertise, sharing knowledge, updating existing manuals and checklists, and training end-users. This role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
This role is full time and fixed-term (5 months), with the potential to extend, at ACECQA Band 5/6 ($96,766 - $136,209).
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis or system administration in iChris.
- Experience with utilising and configuring additional iChris modules such as TA21, HR21, ER21 and EPM21.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Extensive experience in all end-to-end iChris HR and payroll processes, along with required reporting.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues and improving existing systems.
- Demonstrated record of customer service excellence and strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Proven ability in researching and implementing iChris best practice, including user access and security.
- Proven ability in maintaining effective client relationships, delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify, report, and mitigate risks in system updates and/or implementation projects.
While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:
- Tertiary or post graduate qualifications in Computer Science or IT or in a related field.
- iChris/Frontier software certification.
- Experience in implementing Power BI reporting dashboards.
- Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
