Our client based in Knoxfield are seeking a Chemical Blender Operator to help produce Cleaning Liquids for Food, Beverage & Water Industries.

As a Chemical Blender Operator you will need to be able to read Batch Cards, follow a procedure & be physically strong as this role requires manual handling & pouring the correct measurements into Drums & Jerry Cans.

The key responsibilities include:

· Ensuring all materials/ingredients are accurately weighed & applied to create each blend batch as per the Production Schedule.

· Monitor raw material usage to ensure adequate stock holdings meet production requirements.

· Handling & Storage of product is followed with the correct safety requirement of the company.

· Pour finished products into Drums/Jerry Cans & label correctly.

· Ensure all blends are correctly documented after every blend & submitted to the production office.

· Correctly Palletise Stock for Despatch

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements, and should have:

· MUST have experience in a Blending Environment

· Mixing, Blending & Batching recipes.

· Physically Fit, capable of lifting 20kgs

· MUST be able to work Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday - 6am to 2:30pm

Friday 6am to 12:40pm

· MUST be able to get to Knoxfield.

· Temp to Perm
