OUTDOOR PLANT OPERATOR / LOADER OPERATOR (Casual Position)
Location: Buronga, NSW (near Mildura)
Hours: Casual – Approx. 38 hours/week, including day or afternoon shifts and potential weekend work

We are currently seeking a hardworking and motivated Outdoor Plant Operator / Loader Operator to join our team on a casual basis. This hands-on role is based at our Buronga site and plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Outdoor Processing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the outdoor processing plant

Operate Front End Loaders and Forklifts

Conduct quality testing and maintain accurate records

Assist with general site tasks as required

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience operating large screening plant equipment

A moderate to high level of mechanical aptitude

Confidence reading and following operational procedures and safety protocols

A current Forklift (LF) licence

A current Front End Loader (FEL) licence or prior experience (Verification of Competency required)

Proven competence operating Front End Loaders in an industrial or plant environment
