One for the Road Group is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the team at 8 Knots Tavern, located on the picturesque Swan River in East Fremantle.

We serve modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed tavern setting, open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. We’re after someone who’s reliable, consistent, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced kitchen on a full time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

Hygiene standards

Presentation of food

Training and standards

Industry compliance

Customer relations

Systems and processes compliance

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Previous experience in a chef role

Trade Qualification

Excellent communication skills

Neat professional presentation

Valid driver’s license

First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Valid work visa (if applicable)

Food Safety compliance certificate
