Job Description:

We are in search of a proactive Production Manager who will not only assist in managing our production processes but also take an active role in customer engagement, supplier and partner relationship management, and the hands-on tasks of researching, pricing, and ordering materials. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering quality products, enjoys direct interaction with customers, and has a keen interest in the operational side of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organising the production schedule to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and potential clients to ensure a smooth supply chain and to identify new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in the production process, including the hands-on work required to fulfill customer orders.
• Conduct research on materials and products in response to customer inquiries, providing pricing and product options.
• Manage the process of ordering materials and products once customer confirmations are received, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs to maintain the highest quality of output.
• Provide feedback from customers to internal teams, aiming for continuous improvement in product quality and customer service.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, customer feedback, and procurement efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production environment or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive in researching and sourcing materials, with a good understanding of pricing strategies and supply chain management.
• Graphic design experience would be beneficial.
