An exciting opportunity exists for a Finance assistant to join Bmoney Finance located in Brisbane. This will be an office-based role, initially three days a week with the prospect of a permanent role and progression.

The Role

Assisting multiple brokers by managing the home loan application process from pre- submission, lodgement, approval and preparation for settlement.

Manage database, CRM and compliance requirements

Manage contact with lenders and property valuers throughout the home loan application process

Liaising and updating clients throughout the loan process

Provide administrative support to cross functional teams of business

Various administrative tasks

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Have a minimum of one-year industry experience

Experience with Infynity software preferred, but not essential

Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in stressful situations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills

Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute towards team targets and goals

Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work to ensure all deadlines are met

High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised
