Our business is looking for a casual Finance and Office Administrator to join their team for 16 hours per week, spread over four days. The successful candidate will work onsite at the office in Oakleigh East, Vic 3166. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to support our growing business and contribute to the smooth running of the office operations.

The role

Initially working 4 half days per week, reporting to our management team, you will provide operational, administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable & purchases using Xero & BuildXact.
• Supporting the Office by maintaining accurate accounting records
• Managing office operations, including ordering supplies and stationery.
• Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
• Assisting with the coordination of company events and team-building activities

The ideal candidate will have

• Finance experience including accounts payable and accounts receivable is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Availability to work in the office for 4 half days
