About the role:
If you're someone who enjoys turning questions into solutions and delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is for you. Our client is on the lookout for a motivated Sales & Customer Support Officer to join their team in Keysborough. This full-time position offers a mix of phone support, face-to-face customer service, and administrative duties to ensure daily operations run like clockwork.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for all inbound phone & email enquiries.
- Manage and process sales orders and quote requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a helpful, solution-oriented approach.
- Prepare quotes and follow up proactively to drive conversion and build customer satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams
Skills & experience:
- Min 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B or product-focused setting.
- Strong customer focus with a desire to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Confident using web-based platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
