About the Role

In this fast-paced and highly rewarding role, you’ll work closely with our Lead Agent, Operations Manager and broader team to ensure every part of the sales process runs smoothly. There are lots of little things to do each day—none of them hard, but all of them important. You'll thrive if you enjoy being organised, proactive and part of a professional, friendly environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with property inspections, open homes, and appraisals
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication
• Coordinate and manage daily sales activities
• Keep clients updated and supported throughout the sales journey
• Stay on top of admin tasks and keep the sales process flowing
• Work autonomously and manage competing priorities with ease

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Naturally organised and detail-focused
• A great communicator with a professional, friendly approach
• Comfortable working independently without ongoing supervision
• Thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Highly regarded: A current real estate licence (or working toward one)
