Your new role

This is a generalist role, collaborating with the HR Manager to ensure all people matters are in place for employees to excel and continuously innovate. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Leaves management and data reporting via portal
• Casual onboarding - employee data management and liaison with payroll team
• Act as an advisor and point of contact to employees
• Any other ad-hoc HR matters such as OHS tasks

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience as a HR generalist/advisor
• Good attention to detail, independent & resourceful
• Availability to start immediately
• Working with Children Check
