Human Resources Support Officer – 12-Month Contract | Qld Bowen Basin

RobLawMax is seeking a Human Resources Support Officer to be located in Central Queensland’s Bowen Basin, for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the HR team by:

  • Handling pay-related queries and liaising with the offsite payroll team
  • Processing employee leave, overtime, and allowances
  • Delivering accurate admin support across HR functions

About You:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong admin background with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
