Hardware Division Manager - Shepparton

A vacancy exists for an experienced manager interested in the Retail Hardware Sector to manage our Shepparton Mitre 10 store in Northeast Victoria. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a major player in the Rural, Trade and Hardware Industries with 11 stores in NE Victoria.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the profitability of the Mitre 10 Division in Shepparton with the objective of maximising returns to the group. Reporting to the C.E.O. and General Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Hardware division and its staff. You will need to have an outstanding record in the retail of Hardware products, a passion for customer service and sales, excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of procurement, with a personality that allows you to build great relationships with our customers, our branch managers and your staff.

Extensive product knowledge in any of the following key sales areas of Power Tools, Outdoor power garden tools, paint supplies, general hardware, building supplies, pumps and plumbing supplies will be an advantage.
