Full-time role, 38 hours per week. Priority days are Thursday to Sunday with one weekend off a month. One late night shift per week is required with the store closing at a 9 on Thursdays and Fridays.

Base salary of $60,000-$65,000 depending on the level of experience, with a generous monthly bonus scheme capped at $1000 per month.

Successful applicants will have:

Minimum 3 years of retail Management experience.

2 years of merchandising experience including stock rotation.

A confident and vibrant personality with a strong personal style.

Excellent brand knowledge or desire to learn.

Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to reach store goals and maintain brand standards.

Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.

Have good availability, including Thursday nights and weekends + available to work public holidays and traditionally busy holiday periods like Easter and Christmas.
