Your Key Focus Areas
- Strategic Capability Frameworks: Design and roll out learning roadmaps aligned to strategic goals and workforce needs.
- Blended Program Delivery: Deliver impactful learning through e-learning, coaching, workshops, and real-time application.
- Leadership Enablement: Support leadership growth through mentoring programs, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
- Training Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end learning process—from training needs analysis through to measuring outcomes.
- Technology-Enabled Learning: Oversee and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver scalable and accessible learning solutions.
- Insights & Reporting: Use data to track capability progress, measure ROI, and recommend improvements to executive leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in learning & capability, organisational development, or workforce planning
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Project management capability and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Qualifications in HR, Training, Education, or a related field (highly regarded)
