About the role

This position at Vision Lending and Finance is a key role within our Mortgages division, located in Camberwell, VIC. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients throughout the entire loan application and approval process.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing.

Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed and entity structure clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes.

Research and develop loan strategies

Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes.

Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients and the loan administration team to complete expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application preparation and lodgment.

Drive the loan applications process.

Review and ensure file is complete and compliant / Comply and maintain industry compliance requirements.

Liaise with lenders and their business development managers throughout the application process where required

Monitor and keep loan applications on track through to settlement.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Finance Broking.

Understanding of regulations and guidelines related to loan processing.

Understanding of loan products, lender policies and industry specific compliance requirements a benefit.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred but not required.
