Key Responsibilities:

Support the effective delivery of client advice and the implementation of financial strategies

Prepare for and assist with client meetings, including document preparation and follow-up

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal processes

Manage client communication, appointments, and schedules

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and the internal advice team

About You:

minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a financial planning firm

Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and compliance requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of attention to detail and organisational ability

A client-first mindset, with a genuine commitment to service excellence
