About the Role: You’ll take the lead on a clean, well-managed portfolio in one of the Gold Coast’s most popular lifestyle suburbs. Supported by a hands-on team and streamlined systems, you’ll be free to focus on service, relationships, and results — without the pressure of being overworked.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end property management
• Coordinating maintenance and inspections
• Managing lease renewals, arrears, and rent increases
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Staying organised using industry-leading software

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Property Management
• A motivated, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Clear communication and great customer service skills
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Current driver’s licence
