You will:

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and close-out.
• Monitor budgets, variations, and claims to maintain cost control.
• Align with Project Managers and Site Teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance in all contract negotiations and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

The Like Mind:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in contract administration, ideally on large commercial builds.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand project financials and budgets.
• A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
