Holborn Plumbing and Gas is a family owned business based in Fremantle providing maintenance and residential plumbing services to the Metro and Mandurah areas.

We are currently looking for a Customer service / scheduling assistant to join our team on a full time basis.

The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, is detail orientated, has excellent communication and great upbeat customer service skills.

Ideally, you would have previous office administration experience in either a trade based service company, property management or an insurance related space.

You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team with opportunities for career growth and development.

In a typical day you would

Answer incoming calls and emails

Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stake holders either verbally, electronically or by various apps / programs

Assist our managers in scheduling works and other office tasks

To be successful in this role the ideal applicant will have

Great friendly customer service with a positive attitude

Good time management skills

A desire to work as part of a team to produce good outcomes

Experience in a similar role (plumbing or other maintenance administration) would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided

Basic excel and Word knowledge

Working hours - will generally be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
