About the companies
The first brand is Ten Tops, an exciting Discount Variety brand that sells Nothing Over $10 and has ambitious growth plans with nine stores and counting.
Job purpose
The Marketing Manager will working heavily with Ten Tops. They will play a key role by executing the marketing strategy and plan across both our Ten Tops Business to maximise brand awareness, customer experience, and drive traffic in the store. This role will be responsible for the execution of our marketing campaigns and events, will handle social media and will be accountable for the local marketing budget.
Duties and responsibilities
People:
Manage outsourced team in the Philippines
Liaise with PR Agencies and manage agency partners
Collaborate with buyers to plan marketing calendar
Campaigns:
Develop a local marketing plan, in line with the global marketing strategy
Coordinate local marketing campaigns with sales activities, targeting audiences, incorporating local variances
Execute in-store campaigns and local campaigns
Plan shopfront and order in-store material (e.g. posters and other marketing material)
Support central campaigns and coordinate with central Marketing function
Overall market responsibility for brand management and corporate visual identity, in line with company plan
Social Media:
Respond to customer requests on local social media and online communities including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Support content creation through ideation, trends and statistics
Strategise, manage and post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
Responsible for paid media strategies and execution with digital advertising agency
Customer Complaints
Supervise the management of ecommerce customer service, resolving or referring any issues that arise as appropriate (pending local ecommerce presence)
Local Events
Plan and execute local events, internal and external
Initiate local charity events
Handle local press, PR actions as well as local influencers
Budget/ Performance
Prepare and be accountable for local marketing budget optimising spend and output
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns, including performance on plan vs. realised results as per decided objectives
Provide feedback on performance of central digital campaigns
Qualifications
Strong experience with creating and implementing a marketing campaign, marketing plan and calendar
Experience with social media management
Understanding of public relations and experiencing in handling external PR agencies
