The ideal candidate:

Has extensive experience in the real estate industry in an EA or high-level admin capacity

Possesses strong knowledge of industry systems and CRMs (such as Agentbox, CampaignTrack, Realhub)

Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Communicates with professionalism, polish, and confidence

Is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Your responsibilities:

Provide executive-level support to a top-performing sales agent

Coordinate high-end property marketing campaigns from start to finish

Manage CRMs, calendars, property workflows, and listing compliance

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers

Ensure back-end systems and processes are streamlined and efficient
