• Leasing responsibilities every second Saturday
• Small, efficient team plus VA support
• Ailo experience is beneficial but not essential

Senior Property Manager$90,000 + Super | Toowong | Flexible Hours

Role Overview:

• 120-property portfolio with full end-to-end management
• Routine inspections completed with 360° camera technology
• VA and internal team support
• Flexible start and finish times

Senior Property ManagerAttractive Salary Package | Bulimba | Portfolio-Based
Step into a senior role managing a well-balanced 170-property portfolio in a high-functioning Bulimba team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Routines, vacates, maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals
• No entry reports—handled entirely by the leasing team
• Supported by leasing and admin teams
• Located in one of Brisbane’s most desirable riverside suburbs

Temporary property management positions are also available in key locations, including Bulimba and Aspley, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with established teams.
