Our expanding real estate company is looking for a motivated individual who has recently completed their Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or holds a valid Agent's Representative Certificate. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our directors, offering you unparalleled exposure to the full real estate process – from prospecting and listings to auctions and closing deals.

What You’ll Gain:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with prospecting through telephone marketing and door-knocking
• Build confidence in handling rejection and working hard in a street-smart, professional manner
• Provide support to buyers, including open inspections and communication follow-up
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from potential buyers and vendors

Additional Duties:

• Administrative tasks such as preparing pre-listing kits, managing databases, liaising with vendors and purchasers
• Contract preparation and communication with solicitors
• Organizing advertising schedules and assisting with marketing campaigns
• General office administration and scheduling appointments

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• A valid driver’s license and access to your own car
