We now have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Services Officer to join our team!
- Full time; continuing
- Based at our Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus
- $74,401 - $84,388 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits
ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will deliver optimised and integrated scheduling support for the development and publication of the University timetable utilising complex systems. In this customer focused role, you will ensure your services are accurate, well prioritised and meet the needs of staff and students to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualifications or extensive relevant experience or a combination of relevant training/education.
- Demonstrated scheduling and coordination experience, appropriately allocating resources and achieving outcomes in a systematic way.
- Significant organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines, and an established record of exercising judgement and initiative.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain effective working relationships, including demonstrated ability to negotiate, consult and liaise with staff from all levels of University and external parties.
- Effective computer and data entry skills using the Microsoft Office suite and other specialist scheduling software.
