Due to rapid growth several opportunities exist to join our production team based at Netley. Purpose

The Finance & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing all core financial operations and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal systems and external regulations. This role is essential to maintaining financial integrity, quality assurance (ISO9001), and supplier governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

Manage accounts payable and receivable in Xero.

Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Prepare and lodge BAS and assist with basic financial reports.

Maintain job costing templates, run cost reports, and support financial analysis.

Manage bank reconciliations, credit checks, and payment schedules.

Oversee pricing updates and financial filing systems.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement.

Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and compliance paperwork.

Conduct cleanliness audits, support waste management, and monitor quality KPIs.

Manage supplier compliance reviews and risk evaluations.

Monitor and verify documentation related to safety, quality, and traceability.

Leadership & Support

Provide training for team members on financial or compliance processes.

Oversee select external supplier relationships, ensuring service level alignment.
