The Centre

This medium-sized childcare centre in Brisbane’s Bayside is attached to an Independent School. It provides a supportive and nurturing environment for children from 15 months to 4 years. You will be supported by the Deputy Head of Primary who oversee the Kindy and Early Learning Centre.

The Opportunity

As the Director, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of educators, ensuring high-quality programs, maintaining compliance, and fostering a warm, inclusive environment for children and families. You'll play a key role in mentoring and building strong partnerships with the school and the broader community.

Requirements:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood or Early Childhood Teacher qualification (ACECQA Approved)
• Experience working as a Centre Director
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate
• Blue Card
